WHO WE ARE

Finding Your FootPrint Foundation, Inc. is a solutions-based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization focusing on health and well-being for all people in our communities through Mindfulness Programs. Support us in bringing wellness to individuals and communities through mindfulness. 

WHAT WE DO

Our first project is to bring the “Mindfulness Program” to schools, organizations and community centers throughout Maryland.  Our plan is to implement a comprehensive system which helps children and adults develop their inner lives through yoga, meditation, and self-care. 

 

Finding Your FootPrint, Inc. along with partnerships with other local Foundations will exhibit a deep commitment to learning, community, and stewardship of the environment. Finding Your Footprint, Inc. has committed to developing high-quality evidence-based programs and curriculum to improve well-being of individuals and communities as a whole.

The practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis

MINDFULNESS RESEARCH

Why Mindfulness and Yoga for Youth at-risk?  According to Holistic Life Foundation in Baltimore, Mindfulness and Yoga offers several benefits to our Youth.  Some of these benefits are:
