Finding Your FootPrint Foundation, Inc. is a solutions-based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization focusing on health and well-being for all people in our communities through Mindfulness Programs. ​Support us in bringing wellness to individuals and communities through mindfulness.
WHAT WE DO​
Our first project is to bring the “Mindfulness Program” to schools, organizations and community centers throughout Maryland. Our plan is to implement a comprehensive system which helps children and adults develop their inner lives through yoga, meditation, and self-care.
Finding Your FootPrint, Inc. along with partnerships with other local Foundations will exhibit a deep commitment to learning, community, and stewardship of the environment. Finding Your Footprint, Inc. has committed to developing high-quality evidence-based programs and curriculum to improve well-being of individuals and communities as a whole.
